Gym today.. only 2 hours.. didnt do to badly food wise!
My friend she told me she had an eating disorder... which i knew.. GOD she is amazing.. running today i imagined myself running towards being like her and if i could just tuff it out for 10 more mins i would be that amazing, i would be someone elses thinspiration!
Must get to 50 kilos

Starting a liquid fast in 5 mins after some recent terrible binges!
I have been invited to one of my oldest friends birthday dinners with people i havent seen in a long time and they all remember me as a fatty.
I want to wear this cute little blue dress that i LOVE but dunno how it will look!
My boyfriend will be there too.
We are going for turkish in town so i will have to eat so i must fast now and work out heaps so that i can eat just a little without having a MAJOR mood crash after!
I m planning to fast straight after again then start 2458!
I got to get serious..
I have been adding LOTS to my little diary.. thinking of scanning it and putting it on here for everyone!
Might help then more then its doing for me lol!
Getting up early and heading out to the gym or going for a walk then doing the other tomorrow night!
Been sick though so started small with a long walk today!
